Week 3 of my diet has now been completed, and I’m impressed that I’ve not yet caved and given up. Me and diets usually have a lot of commitment issues, and I find going our separate ways is usually the happiest outcome! My love for takeaways hasn’t diminished but I haven’t had one so far. With Valentine’s Day being round the corner, I’ve decided if I can just stay strong until then, I’ll reward myself with nice food and some wine. As I’ve mentioned before I’m following the Exante plan, but I am not sponsored by them or paid in any way by them, all opinions are my own. My favourite shake this week is good old simple strawberry. Thick and sweet, it reminds me of McDonald’s milkshakes!
My main craving this week has been chocolate. On an evening, before dieting, I would watch telly and eat chocolate. Chocolate and a decent box set seems to go hand in hand! However, I’d like to report that I’ve managed not to succumb, but unfortunately a few treat size Mars Bars have started to creep in (to my mouth!). Next week I’ll definitely try much harder to resist, otherwise they could easily become a habit.

WOW! Congratulations on your willpower. I need to go on a healthy eating plan. With diets especially ones I put the weight back on and more.
