So, January always seems to be the month to set goals and targets, and its about time I set one for my weight. After much consideration, postponing and deliberately making excuses, I’ve now decided my new plan for weight loss and healthier lifestyle. I’ve decided to use the meal replacement method and have opted to try the brand Exante.
They do a huge range of shakes, meals, and bars so you should find something that you like. Currently, I’m just using the shakes to see how I get on. There’s different plans too, but for myself, rather than do the full meal replacement, I’ve chosen to have two shakes a day and then a low carb meal in the evening (which is 400 calories or less). You also have an allowance of milk a day too, so I have that in cups of tea!

Sometimes when you try and diet alone, without a slimming group support meeting for example, I think its easier to slip back and not fully stick to a diet, simply because you’re not answerable to anyone. Therefore, I’m going to report each week how I’m getting on and hopefully be able to post my loss.
